He was predeceased by: his mother Carolyn Toth (Johnston); his brother Frank Toth; his grandfathers, Frank Toth (Loretta) and Bill Johnston (Elsie); his aunt Ann Griswold; his uncle John Toth; and his cousin Linda Wood.
He is survived by: his father Albert Toth; his stepmother Nellia Toth (Scott) of Canton; his brothers, Albert Toth II of Avis, PA and Timothy Toth of Williamsport; his stepbrother Joe Smith of Roaring Branch; and his uncle Glenn Johnston (Genevieve) of Canton.
