He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles F. Bender and Helen Bender (Kalinowski); and his siblings, Cathy Cocolotta and Paul Bender. He is survived by: his sons, Chuck Bender (Anna Harper) of Bradenton and Eric Bender (Sheri) of Anchorage, Ala; his grandchildren, Jordyn Brophy, Gavin and Logan Bender; his siblings, Thomas Bender (Janet) of Florida, Margaret Coyman (Sandy) of Florida and Fred Bender (Susan) of Florida; and the mother of his children Ruth Bender of Monroeton. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
