He was predeceased by: his parents, Carlyle Sr. Bagley and Eloise Bagley (Thomas); his siblings, Beverly and Roy; and his brother-in-law Michael Brutzman.
He is survived by: his siblings, George Bagley (Char) of Washington and Sharon Brutzman of Bloomsburg; and his brother-in-law Earl Ridall of Canton.
