She was predeceased by: her parents, Vernon Hatch and Florence Hatch (Fawcett); her brother Darwin Hatch (Connie) of Forksville; her former husband Robert "Bob" Hartford; her sister-in-law Loretta Fitzwater (Phil); and also Sherman Higley (Marion).
She is survived by: her husband Arlan L. Higley Sr.; her sons, Brent Hartford of Canton and Brian Hartford (Dawn) of Canton; her stepchildren, Brenda Kisner (Les) of Springfield, Bonnie Vroman (Howard) of Troy, Arlan Jr. Higley (Patty) of Dushore, Melanie DeSanto (Ron) of Trout Run and Michael Higley (Patty) of Hughesville; her grandchildren, Taylor, Trever, Kaleb, Hunter, Skylar Hartford and David Jackson; and her sisters-in-law, Alda Molyneux (Art) of Trout Run, Karen King (Roy) of Forksville and Anita Chase (James) of Dushore. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.
