It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Spencer of Canton, Pennsylvania, born in Montour Falls, New York, who passed away on May 11, 2023, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Robert Stone; her stepfather Joseph Kilmer; her mother Geraldine Kilmer (Allen); her son Terry Spencer; her stepbrother Terry Miller; and her half-brother Ronnie Stone.

She is survived by: her husband Vern Spencer; her daughters, Shelly Spencer of Florida and Tami Baker of Canton; her brother Lee Stone (Trish) of Florida; her half-siblings, Kenny and Penny; her stepsisters, Theresa Morgan (Vern) of Shunk and Sharon Patton of Ellenton; her grandchildren, Cory Route (Allison), Colby Route (Ashley), Zack Roupp and Joslyn Baker; her great grandchildren, Oliver Route and Liam Route; and her close friend Bartha Liddic.
