He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Barbara McCullough, Rick Fries, David Fries, Judy Nagy, Michele Mclane, Karen Sandora (William Michael) and Helen Fries (Koplos); his significant other Helen (Martys); his children, Bill Fries (Emily), Carla Rae (Fries) and Shinners (Nicholas); and his grandchildren, Charlotte, Thomas and Henry George.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 28th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Sunday, September 29th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Beinhauer Funeral Home (2630 W Liberty Ave, Pittsburgh, PA 15216). A funeral service was held on Monday, September 30th 2024 at 11:30 AM at the St. Bernard Church (311 Washington Rd, Pittsburgh, PA 15216).
