He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin Altieri and Anne Kraynak Altieri; and his siblings, Gerald Altieri (Susan), Alvin Altieri (Anne) and Linda Roth.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce Horner of Sheridan; his daughters, Deborah Lombardo (John) of Canonsburg, PA and Dianna Ammon (James) of Canonsburg; his grandchildren, Sam Lombardo (Melissa) of New York, Anna Kula (Christopher) of Ohio, Juliann Murgie (Rob) of Canonsburg, Chelsea Becker (Seth) of Canonsburg and Jacob Ammon of Canonsburg; his great grandchildren, Gwen Lombardo of New York, Cooper Kula of Ohio and Francesca Murgie of Canonsburg; and his sister Liz Baumgarten (Gene) of Bethel Park. He is also survived by thirteen nieces and nephews.
