She was predeceased by: her parents, John Yanik and Helen Zawatski Yanik; her spouse Amil L. Badia; and her son Thomas A. Badia. She is survived by: her children, Janet L. Badia and Edward M. Badia of Muse; her granddaughter Captain Alexandra Badia MD; her great grandchildren, Samuel and Clover; and her siblings, John Yanik (Jill) and Florence Kacvinski. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
