Mellon (Canonsburg, Pennsylvania), born in Claysville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 18, 2023, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard S. Mellon and Elsie K. Mellon. He is survived by: his cousins, Sara Jane Rinehart of West Liberty, Carol Parson Miller of Glen Dale, Miriam Lydick of Wheeling and Jean Hores.
