She was predeceased by: her parents, John B. Gregg and Mary Olive Fortner Gregg; her husband Edward W. Eckels; her daughter Wendy Vincent; and her siblings, J. Joseph, John A., Franklin S. Gregg, Lucille Gregg, Mary Louise Kovach, Helen Mannisto, Joann Hunter and Ruth Helvey.
She is survived by: her son Edward Eckels Jr.; her son-in-law David Vincent; her grandchildren, Patrick Vincent (Andrew), Natalie Taylor (Travis) and Evan Eckels; her great grandchildren, Jack and Brian; and her siblings, Catherine Hainaut, Janet McMahon and James Gregg. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 12th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the McIlvaine-Speakman Funeral Home LTD. (27 Cherry Ave, Houston, PA 15342). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal Church (300 Pike St, Meadowlands, PA 15347).
