He is survived by: his wife Mary Toplisek Rothka; his children, Ronald Rothka, Jr. of Eighty Four, Timothy Rothka of Fairfax, VA, John Rothka (Samantha) of Washington, Michael Rothka of Cranberry, Mary Margaret Rothka of Canonsburg, Elizabeth Rothka Adams (Phillip) of Canonsburg, Teresa Rothka of Washington and Veronica Rothka Phillips (Andrew) of Washington; his siblings, Joe Rothka (Lois) of Clarks, Carol Mazurick of Raleigh and Gladys Millazo of Williamstown, NJ; his grandchildren, Joshua (Andrea), Jacob, Jessica, Sydney, Spencer Rothka, Kaylee Macevic (Steve), Zachary Kovac, Devin, Madison Liberatore, Caitlynn Rothka, Samantha Moore (Jacob), Kerrigan, Sean, Tyler Rothka, Harley Steele, Morgan, Matthew, Emily Rothka, Skyler, Michael, Austin, Grace Adams, Aydin Goehring, Legend Campbell, Sayler and Kensley Phillips; and his great grandchildren, Nick, Rowen, Kellin, Lilly, Jack, Alaya, Titus, Max, Andrew, Alister and Kamari.
