It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Philip M. Cox III (Canonsburg, Pennsylvania), who passed away on October 17, 2023, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Pancreatic cancer is woefully under-funded, so in lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to PanCAN, an organization dedicated to pancreatic cancer research, and Hillman Cancer Center.
