It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael Soroka of Canonsburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 7, 2025, at the age of 101, leaving to mourn family and friends. Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Michael leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Steve Soroka and Kathryn Soroka; his wife Carolina Kranak; his daughter Michele Stoll; and his siblings, Thomas Soroka and Stephanie Ubrey.
He is survived by: his daughters, Karen E. Soroka of Canonsburg and Joyce L. Soroka of Harrisburg. He is also survived by 3 nieces.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 11th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Sollon Funeral & Cremation Services, LTD. (30 E College St, Canonsburg, PA 15317). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Sollon Funeral and Cremation Services, Ltd. (30 E College St, Canonsburg, PA 15317).
