She was predeceased by: her parents, Rev Matthew Azzolina and Jean Engler Azzolina; her children, Lisa Snatchko and Mark Snatchko; and her sister Joan Lohnes.
She is survived by: her son Adam Snatchko, Sr. of Canonsburg; and her siblings, Philip Azzolina (Fabiola) of Seminole, FL, Frank Azzolina (Suzi) of Valparaiso, IN and Sara Kuzma (Robert) of West Mifflin, PA.. She is also survived by five grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
