He was predeceased by: his parents, Domenic Alfonsi and Gracia Alfonsi (Cerasoli); his wife Antoinette; his son Leo; his siblings, Eleanor, Italo and Antonio; his son-in-law Gregory Breauninger; and his grandson Erik.
He is survived by: his daughters, Debra Mannella (James) and Diane Black (Randy); his daughter-in-law Ginny; his grandchildren, Kevin (Katie), Danielle, Shannon (Mark), Kendra (Jeff), James Jr. and Johnny; his great grandchildren, Maura, Maggie, Molly, Emmi, Caden, Alex, Jack and Mason; and his close friends, Mike, Teresa, Linda, Bill and Daisy. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
