He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Lewicki, and Genevieve Slesinski Lewicki, Sr.; his wife Rose Marie; and his brother Robert Lewicki. He is survived by: his sons, Joseph Lewicki, III of Canonsburg, Frank Lewicki (Elizabeth) of Canonsburg, John Lewicki (Judith) of Canonsburg and Jason Lewicki (Michel) of Canonsburg; his grandson Mason Lewicki; his niece Whitney; and his nephews, Robert, Lucho and William.
