He was predeceased by: his son Matthew C. Radlinksky; his parents, Charles Radlinsky and Mary Radlinsky (Pepe); his sibling Camille Daube (late William P.); and his brother-in-law William E. McLaughlin (late Loretta).
He is survived by: his wife Lois J. Radlinsky (McLaughlin); his son Timothy C. Radlinsky; his grandchildren, Anastashia Jean Radlinsky and Jacklynne Leigh Radlinsky; his sister Carol Walters (late Francis); his aunt Mary Pepe (Foley); his nieces and nephews, Michele Walters Thornton (Michael L.), Mary Ann Walters Hill (Bradford E.), Paul C. Daube, Scott W. McLaughlin (Joyce) and Michael S. McLaughlin (Beth); his cousin Dr. Patricia Pepe; and his pet Lexi. He is also survived by numerous cousins, great nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.
