We are sad to announce that on September 15, 2023, Jeannette R. Kelso of Canonsburg, Pennsylvania, born in Washington, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Norman Rainey and Sara Rainey; and her sons-in-law, Jon Whittenberger and Ed Lowther. She is survived by: her brothers, Verne Rainey (Judy) and Rodger Rainey (late Claire); and her children, Cecelia Whittenberger, Kenneth Kelso (Julie) and Melanie Lowther. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren.
