Kubacki of Strabane, Gary J. Kubacki (Debbie) of Canonsburg and Edward M. Kubacki (Lisa) of Canonsburg; her grandchildren, Sarah, Aaron Svidunovich, Andrew Kubacki (Kari), Jared and Maxwell Kubacki (Brianna); and her great grandchildren, Levi, Ellowyn, Liam and Carter Kubacki.
