She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Kenneth Kelley and Dorotha Holbert Kelley; her children, Jamie L. Roux of Canonsburg and Patrick Kelley Kennedy; her grandchildren, Kylee Hayes, Darreon Anderson, Zoey Oberst and Maxwell Oberst; her former husband James C. Roux; her siblings, Kenneth C. "Butch" Kelley, Jr. and Patty Kelley; and her friends, Wilson, Katherine Ave, S. Timothy Warco, S. Timothy Warco II, Holly Renay Warco and Park N. Crosier.
