He is survived by: his parents, Lowell Jeffrey and Kathryn Rodkey Powell; his brothers, Timothy Glenn Powell (Jayme) of Cincinnati and Colin Chance Powell (Alicia) of Peters; and his nieces and nephews, Annabelle Griffin, John Weston, Gabriella Fox and Brooks Joseph.
