She is survived by: her children, John Sopiak (Nanette) of Canonsburg, Gregory Sopiak (Linda) of Eighty, Sandy Castelli of Canonsburg, Hilary Gunn (Larry) of Maryland, Tammy Bailey (Richard) of Ohio, Sheila Podobnik (Brian) of Canonsburg and Jennifer Sopiak of Canonsburg; her siblings, Fred Clark (Evelyn) of Claysville, Alice Trefnoff of Houston, Ruth Serra (Roberto) of Ohio and Kay Clark of Ohio; and her grandchildren, John Sopiak (Arianna), Jason Sopiak (Misty), Jacquelyn Khanolaar (Michael), Kacie Hollenbach, Chelsie Bedillion, Kristyn Dean (Al), Gregory Sopiak (Leigha), Kate Sopiak (Katie), Justin Gunn, Zachary Bailey, Rachael Bailey, Brian Podobnik (Allison) and Steven Podobnik (Alaina). She is also survived by 19 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly suggests memorial contributions be made to the St. Michael Byzantine Catholic Church, in Betty Sopiak's name.
