He was predeceased by: his parents, Cyrus Rush and Ruth Roacranz Rush. He is survived by: his wife Violet H. Kimberland; his son Arthur J. Rush of Canonsburg; his nieces, Bonnie Bruening (Darren), Michelle Purlish (Rob) and Mary Wilkinson (Paul); and his half-brothers, Timothy Rush and Gregg Rush. He is also survived by four great nephews and two great nieces.
