Lewis of Campbelltown, Pennsylvania, born in Hummelstown, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 13, 2024, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ross Swartz and Bertha Swartz; and her husband John Z. Lewis. She is survived by: her daughters, Melody Donmoyer (Barry) of Lebanon and Heather Shuey (Tom); and her sister Helen Hartman of Hershey.
