She was predeceased by: her husband John T. "Jack" Miller; her parents, Raymond Harold and Norma Mae Eckard (Spangler); and her brother Ronald W. Eckard. She is survived by: her siblings, Barry R. Eckard (Barbara) of Hanover, Robert E. Eckard of Hanover and Candy L. Kopp of Hanover; her granddaughters, Eileen, Anne Marie, Kate, Isabelle Spila, Olivia and Kennedy Miller; her close friends, Sandy Myers, Peach Staley and Ethel Shievert; and her pet Tiger.
In lieu of traditional floral tributes, the family requests that memorial contributions be made in Winnie 's memory to New Hope Ministries, 135 Baltimore St., Hanover, PA 17331.
