He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Edward Oliver and Veronica Oliver (Thomas); his wife Dorothy A. Oliver; his children, Vicky Kvist (Roger) of Gavle, Thomas Edward Oliver II (Jackie) of Cedar Rapids, IA and Chris Oliver (Karen) of Annapolis, MD; his grandchildren, Anthony, Brittany, Branden, Shannon, Shaun and Anna; and his great grandchild Rylee.
