He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel H. Mowery and Miriam Mowery; his sister Winifred Stoner; and his brother-in-law Ike Stoner. He is survived by: his significant other Donna Mowery (Adams); his children, Jennifer Stambaugh (Craig), Pamela Mowery (Alicia) of York, PA, Scott Mowery (Lisa) of Etters, PA and Samuel Mowery (Jessica) of Alexandria, VA.; his grandchildren, Grant (Michaelina), Benjamin (Lorissa), Luke (Ashley), Alexander, Samuel, Joseph (Morgan), Carys, Ryan and Keira; his great grandchildren, Cecilia, Elaina and Benjamin; and his nephews, Mike, Sam and Andy Stoner.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM at the Parthemore Funeral Home & Cremation Services (1303 Bridge St, New Cumberland, PA 17070). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at the Rolling Green Cemetery (1811 Carlisle Rd, Camp Hill, PA 17011).
