She was predeceased by: her parents, John A. Voris and Dorothy I. (Fisher); and her sister Peggy Moore. She is survived by: her husband Gary L. Frazer; her sons, Rodney Mumma (Barrie) and Randy Mumma (Mandy); her brother Jack Voris; her grandchildren, Megan Rokowski (Joshua), Rachel Mumma, Brett Mumma, Carson Mumma and Katelyn Mumma; and her great grandchildren, Isabelle and Emilia Rokowski.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation or the American Cancer Society.
