She was predeceased by: her parents, Giuseppe Patriarca and Angela Patriarca (Circio); her husband John Sebastian; and her siblings, Raymond, Antonio, Joseph, Cosmo, Damiano Patriarca and Antoinette DeBellis.
She is survived by: her children, John Michael Sebastian, Mark Sebastian and Maria Bruno (Jeremy Bruno); and her sister Anna Hofmann (Ken). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Church of the Good Shepherd.
