We are sad to announce that on October 31, 2024, at the age of 83, Nevin A. Deppen Jr. of Camp Hill, Pennsylvania, born in Danville, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Nevin Alexander Deppen, Sr. and Mary Irene Deppen-Hostler (Diebert); and his significant other Mary Louise Deppen (Iadecola). He is survived by: his children, John Deppen (Denise), Lisa Deppen (Doug Anstadt), Kimberly Deppen (Michael DeChambeau) and Jeff Deppen (Maura Keller); his grandchildren, Jenna Henry (Nick), Philip Deppen, Leah Deppen, Nicholas Anstadt (Sara Famiglio), Christopher DeChambeau (Erin Woods), Kathryn DeChambeau, Jeremy Deppen, Hannah Deppen (Ryan Connelly) and Emily Deppen; his great grandchild Thea Henry; and his brother-in-law Frank Iadecola.
Viewing was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, November 8th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Parthemore Funeral Home & Cremation Services (1303 Bridge St, New Cumberland, PA 17070). A Mass was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the St. Theresa Catholic Church (1300 Bridge St, New Cumberland, PA 17070). A burial was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 from 12:15 PM to 12:30 PM at the Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery (4075 Derry St, Harrisburg, PA 17111).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Central PA in honor of Nevin's compassionate spirit and commitment to serving others.
