He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Barlow and Elizabeth Barlow; his former wife Joanne White Barlow; and his brother Karl Barlow. He is survived by: his wife Linda Barlow; his children, Debbie Nichol of Hernando, MS, Dianne Martin, Danny Barlow and Doug Barlow; his stepdaughter Jennifer Handyside of Camp Hill, PA; and his sister Cindy Owen of McKenzie, TN.. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren.
