He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Hower and Gladys Hower (Cook); his wife Evelyn Mae (Harry); and his brother Earl Hower. He is survived by: his children, Daniel Scott Hower (Kim) and Shelly Lynn Hower Baker; and his grandchildren, Elizabeth Ann Peluso (Mike), Christopher Scott Hower and Elise Alexandra Salzl (Jake). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and great grandchildren.
