He is survived by: his mother Marilyn DeHaven Swartz (Stoner) of Camp Hill; his son Ryan Swartz of Enola, PA; and his brothers, Michael Swartz (Catherine) of Downingtown, PA, Kevin Swartz (Kathy) of Knoxville, TN and Kent Swartz of Denver, CO. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Pennsylvania Wounded Warriors, 1117 Country Club Road, Camp Hill, PA 17011.
