We are sad to announce that on December 30, 2023, at the age of 94, Carmella L. Starner of Camp Hill, Pennsylvania, born in Scranton, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Giovanni Lippolis and Josephine Lippolis (Pugliese); her husband Roger L. Starner; and her siblings, Bart, George, John, Mart, Vincent, Pauline, Mary, Esther and Ruth.

She is survived by: her son Rob; and her grandchildren, Kali and Kaleb. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
