She is survived by: her parents, Mavis Jean Hardy and Fredrick Allen Spotts; her husband Robert W. Blount; her daughters, Amanda Carter (Jordan) of Edinboro and Ashley Blount of Edinboro; her siblings, Darlene McCracken (Jim) of Tidioute, PA, Vail Spotts (Sandy) of Waterford and Tina Metzler (Jeffrey) of Waterford; and her grandchildren, Annabell Stevenson, Emma, Robert Blount and Theodore Carter. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
