He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Kellogg and Elizabeth Noreen Collen Kellogg. He is survived by: his daughter Sarah Miazga (Rob); his grandchildren, Emma and Jordan of Springboro; his daughter Stacey Yovich (Kirk LeSuer); his grandchildren, Kayley and Eli of Edinboro; his son Richard Kellogg II (Shawna Brown); his grandchildren, Sabastian and Xavier of Canadohta Lake; his great grandchild Michael Kellogg; his close friend Beth Ryan; his siblings, Kathy Thompson (Brad) of Youngsville, PA, Gary Kellogg (Susan) of Albuquerque, NM and David Kellogg (Vanessa) of Harrisburg, PA; and also, Kyle and Raymond Manuel of Cambridge Springs. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
