He was predeceased by: his parents, Marjorie A. Williams and Donald L. Williams. He is survived by: his sister Nancy Jackson (Thomas) of Titusville; his nephew Charles Jackson; and his nieces, Carolyn Schmidt and Sandra Settles. He is also survived by his family and many friends.
