He is survived by: his wife Tammy Burford; his daughter Kayla Phillips of Okeechobee, FL; his grandchildren, Logan Edward Lee Hecker, Paige McCarthy and Jahnelle Schaeffer; and his siblings, Debra Shreve (Kevin) of Elkins, WV, Steven Phillips (Kay) of Buckhannon, WV and Benny Phillips (Robin) of Buckhannon, WV. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
