He is survived by: his siblings, Dennis Parlak (Maria) of Orlando, Sandra Savage (Bryan) of Ocoee, FL and Christina Thomas (Fred); his aunts, Patricia Counts of Fredericksburg, VA, Fran Parlak of Syracuse, NY and Mary Lou Parlak of Monroeville; and his cousin Edward Fiala (Sabina) of Indiana, PA. He is also survived by eighteen cousins; many nieces and nephews; many friends.
