He is survived by: his great grandchild Colby Boylan; his wife Gwen Boylan; his sons, Gary L. Boylan (Cindy) of Cambridge Springs, Robert A. Boylan (Bonnie) of Cambridge Springs, Michael E. Boylan (Cheryl) of Cambridge Springs and Jeffrey S. Boylan of Erie; his grandchildren, Joshua, Matthew, Misty, Rob, Mark, Bethany, Tanya, Brandon and Bradley; his stepgranddaughter Amber; his siblings, Linda Brown of Erie, Joseph Boylan of Saegertown and Richard Boylan (Bonnie) of Cambridge Springs; and his great grandchild Blake. He is also survived by twenty-one great grandchildren; six step grandchildren.
