He is survived by: his wife Danielle Joellen Blewett of Cambridge Springs; his son Damian Michael Carlson of Cambridge Springs; his stepchildren, Alexis Dakota Stanfield of Cambridge Springs and Nathan Daniel Davis of Oil City, PA; his brother Brian Edward Blewett (Tina) of Waterford; his stepsister Dawn Marie Loscher of Lake Elsinore, CA; his stepmother Carol Regal Blewett of Lake Elsinore, CA; his godmother Terry Ann Vollentine (Raymond) of Waterford; and his pets, Maui, Maya and Hamilton. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
