He is survived by: his wife Sandra Baker Herrick; his children, Kay Marie Smith (Tim) of Gainesville, Tim Herrick of Lancaster and Dan Herrick (Liz) of Cambridge Springs; his grandchildren, Kaitlynn Smith, Jason Smith, Mark Herrick, Elizabeth Herrick, Abigail Herrick, Joshua Herrick, Rebekah Herrick, Jonathan Herrick, Hannah Herrick and Naomi Herrick; his sister Elaine Smiliak (Norbert); his stepson Scott Baker (Kim) of Titusville; his stepgrandchildren, Brandi Struchen and Broc Baker; and his great great grandchildren, Liam, Lincoln Struchen and Braxton Baker.
