McGovern (Plubell); his children, Kurt McGovern (Courtney) of Saegertown and Kenzie Delp (Eddy Brown) of Venango; his grandchildren, Maverick McGovern, Annabelle McGovern, Evelyn McGovern and Abraham Delp; and his siblings, Donald McGovern, Jr. of Frenchville, Dave McGovern of Clearfield, Debbie Wilsoncroft (Bob) of Tiverton, RI and Tammy Elesnky (Larry) of Morrisdale.
The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to Beardsley Funeral Home to assist in covering costs of funeral arrangements.
