He is survived by: his mother Louine Johnson (Custard); his wife Cynthia Bitting Johnson; his sons, Dusty Johnson (Jennifer), Bill Johnson and Adam Johnson; his stepdaughter Sara Foote; his siblings, Donna Needler (Lee), Darrell Battles, Diana Walker (Bill), Deborah Dilley (David), Darla Martin (Paul), David Johnson (Sue), Denise Heavner (Arthur) and Darlene Bowes (Roger); his sister-in-law Cheryl Carnicelli; and his uncles, Clarence Custard, James Custard, Richard Johnson and Joseph Johnson (Alice). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews cousins and close friends.
