He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn W. Mitchell and Marian A. Mitchell (Essex); his son Michael P. Mitchell; and his granddaughter Margaret A. Kovski. He is survived by: his wife Barbara A. Mitchell (Carey); his daughters, Kimberly A. Mitchell, Renea M. Kovski (Chris Kovski) and Elizabeth A. Coburn (Douglas Coburn); and his grandchildren, Mackenzie Mitchell, Katlyn M. Coburn, Dale Mitchell, Garrett E. Coburn (Kaitlyn Kala) and Mitchell A. Kovski. He is also survived by his family, particularly attending his children's and grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to the New Blossoms New Life Foundation or the McKean Hose Company.
