He is survived by: his wife Nancy Davis Orischak; his children, Pamelyn Orischak, John Jr. Orischak (Kelly) and David Orischak (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Nathan, Braydan, Alexis, Madilynn and Kaden; and his sister Rose Lynch Carol Wingard (Patrick). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
