He is survived by: his parents, Milton Garland and Florence Garland; his sons, Scott (Susan), Chris (Maya), Riverside, Bryan (Judy) and Lake; and his grandchildren, Nick, Logan, Makayla, Janelle, Anisia and Labrador.
The family requests any donations be made in his name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or a charity of choice.
