She was predeceased by: her parents, Violet May Miller (Ash) and Russell Wilbur Miller; her husband Jack W. Shader, Sr.; her son Jack W. Shader, Jr.; and her sister Marilyn J. Launse.

She is survived by: her daughter Sharon Kreitzer.
