He was predeceased by: his parents, Sam Koban and Lillian Koban (Mason); and his brother-in-law Gerald Tylka. He is survived by: his sister Kathy Tylka; his niece Tracy Eadie (Rich); his nephew Jerry Tylka (Sharon); his great-nieces and great-nephews, BreAnn Chiovitti (Nick), Katelyn Adler (Ryan), Kelsey Tylka (Josten Mengerink) and Cody Tylka (Kaitlyn); his pet Lucky; and also, Amelia, Marley, Greyson, Lucas, Noah and Caden.
