He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Coady and Agnes Coady. He is survived by: his close friend Diane Wertz; his children, Richard P. Coady (Patti) and Cheaselle O'Malley (Kevin); his sisters, June Rossi and Billie Cohen; and his grandchildren, Travis Coady and Misty O'Malley.

The family requests that memorial donations may be made to Gratz VFW or Millheim American Legion.
